Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Langkawi Packages, operated by Aura MS Enterprise (002849741-T). By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  • Booking is only considered confirmed after payment is received.
  • Please ensure all booking details provided are accurate.

2. Payment Terms

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment may be required during peak seasons or for private bookings.
  • Payments made are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.

3. Tour & Activity Conditions

  • Guests are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited bookings.
  • Sharing tours operate on fixed schedules and routes.
  • Private tours may allow flexible timing, subject to agreement.
  • All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the operator.
  • Life jackets are provided and must be worn when required.

4. Weather & Safety

  • Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.
  • In case of unsafe weather, tours may be rescheduled or cancelled.
  • Safety decisions made by operators are final.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy.
  • No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

  • All activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during the tour.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Changes to Itinerary

  • Tour routes and stops may vary due to weather, operational, or safety reasons.
  • We reserve the right to adjust itineraries without prior notice.
