1. Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or through our website.
  • Customers must provide accurate details including date, package, and number of guests.
  • Availability will be checked and confirmed by our team before final booking.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed after payment is received.
  • Customers will receive confirmation details via WhatsApp or email.
  • Please review all booking details carefully upon confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the package.
  • Full payment may be required during peak seasons or for private tours.
  • All payments must be completed within the given timeframe to secure your slot.

4. Availability

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Peak periods (public holidays, school holidays, and weekends) may have limited slots.
  • We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

5. Arrival & Check-In

  • Customers are required to arrive at the meeting point on time.
  • Late arrivals may result in missing the tour and will be treated as a no-show.
  • Please follow instructions provided in your booking confirmation.

6. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to date, time, or package are subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Last-minute changes may not be accepted.

7. Group Size & Requirements

  • Customers must provide accurate number of participants during booking.
  • Additional guests may not be allowed without prior arrangement.

8. Customer Responsibility
