Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and changes for bookings made with Langkawi Packages, operated by Aura MS Enterprise (002849741-T).
1. Overview
We understand that plans may change. Refunds are subject to the timing of cancellation and the type of booking made.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 48 hours before tour date:
Full refund of all payments made. No cancellation fees apply. - 24–48 hours before tour date:
70% refund of total amount. 30% cancellation fee applies. - Less than 24 hours before tour date:
50% refund of total amount. 50% cancellation fee applies. - No-show (failure to attend):
No refund. Full amount will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the tour date.
- Last-minute changes may not be accepted.
4. Cancellation by Company
In the event that we are unable to proceed with your booking due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Operational or technical issues
- Force majeure events
You will be offered either:
- A full refund, OR
- An option to reschedule your booking
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on payment provider.
6. Important Notes
- All refund decisions are subject to verification and booking details.
- Peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation terms.
- Any special or promotional packages may have separate refund conditions.
